Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Odoo Functional Consultant (Fresher) to join our ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills with an interest in business processes and ERP solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure Odoo modules, conduct user training, prepare documentation, and support ERP implementations under the guidance of experienced consultants.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client business requirements.
- Configure and support Odoo ERP modules.
- Assist in ERP implementation and testing.
- Provide user training and functional support.
- Prepare functional and project documentation.
Must Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn Odoo ERP and workflows.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of Odoo ERP.
- Understanding of business processes.
- Internship or project experience.
- Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
